One session includes some of the following: a thorough body check up with tailored exercises, interview, auyrvedic consultation, therapeutic yoga with home exercises. For an athlete we look into the weaknesess of the body to secure safe alignments as well as prevent injuries. We can also develop tools to strengthen the mind to maximise the focus needed in an extreme situation. Sessions vary depending on the needs of the customer.
